Solutions Specialist

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Translate client's business requirements into specific systems, integrating architecture under Solutions Architect supervision;

- Influence technology selection for solutions;

- Provide technical guidance to project teams;

- Review, advise, and design standard software and hardware solutions, considering costs, risks, and impact on business goals;

- Collaborate with project teams to align business needs and network requirements;

- Document solutions for specific use cases and organizations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor of Science Degree

- Technical experience of at least 3 years, including 1 year in specific hardware and/or software architecture design

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Specialized expertise with depth and/or breadth

- Interpret complex technical issues and recommend best practices

- Identify innovative solutions with a wide perspective

- Navigate through challenging problems

- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
