Job Description

Solution Sales Specialist for Octopus POS Management, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying high-value customers, pitching our solutions effectively, and building strong, lasting relationships. Your goal will be to maximize revenue through exceptional service, upselling, and cross-selling, while ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and satisfaction.

1. Proactively seek out and engage with potential customers who have the potential to bring significant value to Octopus POS Management.

2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential high-value clients.

3. Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

4. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to present our value proposition to potential clients in a compelling manner.

5. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.

6. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.

7. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing them with ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.

8. Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

9. Regularly check in with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback on our products and services.

10. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients based on their needs and business goals.

11. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from current accounts through targeted offerings and solutions.

12. Collaborate with various departments, including customer support, technical, and operations teams, to ensure a seamless and satisfying client experience.

13. Coordinate the implementation of client-focused solutions and oversee the delivery of services.

14. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the POS, solution selling/ SaaS or technology sector.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
