Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Product & Solution Sales Consultant to join our team and drive sales growth by delivering innovative solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and ICT solutions, combined with excellent consultative sales skills. This role focuses on uncovering customer pain points, designing tailored solutions, and building long-term client relationships to meet revenue and business targets. It will also require expertise in project management, productization, and executing demos or proof of concepts (PoC) to validate solutions and secure client confidence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Understand customers challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions across telecommunications, Layer 1/2/3 connectivity, SD-WAN, cloud services, cybersecurity, and ICT products.
  • Assist preparation on proposals and presentations with the Technical Consultants.
  • Work closely and build relationships with clients, channel partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage project deliverables, ensuring that resources and timelines are coordinated timely.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and refine solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Assist on sales team reports preparation.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in solution sales, product management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, SD-WAN certifications, PMP or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications (Layer 1/2/3 connectivity), SD-WAN, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and ICT products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
