Qualifications:- Degree in Information Technology, Financial Management, Accounting and Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
With Solution Sales experience for at least 2-4 years.- Strong fundamental in solution, handled or sold solutions before regardless of the industry.
Possesses good communication and presentation skills.
- Has the aptitude to learn, is willing to take up new challenges and keen to acquire new skillsets.
Travel 60%, flexible to work under dynamic situations.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
The Solution Sales/Sales Engineer will report to the Division Manager of DES/DXP, conduct business analysis, promote solution, study solution positioning, and marketing efforts to enhance the solution business.
Solution Sales/Sales Engineer of Solution Portfolio of Yokogawa requires fundamental knowledge of solution and will work closely with DES/DXP Team and other Business Units.- Upon 1-2 Months kick-start period, Solution Sales/Sales Engineer can create weekly itinerary and attend monthly meeting, action items will be cascaded, and maintain the opportunity created, this will be with the guidance of the Leads of DES/DXP
Standard knowledge of Solution, key features, competitive comparison, applications, and target industry.
- Knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of assigned solutions compared to major competitors.
Maintain and communicate with other respective Business Units, and collaborate on customer engagement, and customer-centric approach.- Must obtain and maintain certain certifications required, either enrolled through external certification or provided by the company and its affiliate.
Must join to sales training and sessions conducted internally.
- Develop a sales report using existing CRM tool with the help of DES/DXP Leads.
Create a personalize presentations for the solutions, using the Yokogawa Templates available.- Gradually ascend the performance through metrics measured i.e, pipeline, sales, new industry, new accounts, and overall achievements
