    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

    The Exclusive Networks PH is looking for Solutions Engineers to join us in Manila. Exclusive Networks is a trusted digital infrastructure specialist.

    In this role, you will be responsible for proving pre/post sales support to our sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions.
    We are looking for engineers who can be part of Exclusive Network who can exhibit a services first ideology.

    As the Solutions Engineer, you will:

    Provides pre and post sales support
    As pre-sales, SE is expected to position products, conduct product presentation, size, scope and create BOMs, conduct POC/POV
    As post-sales, SE is expected to implement projects
    To generate passport services by bundling services and training
    Responsible for project implementation and support
    Implements projects vs timeline via an agreed scope of works
    Provides timely after sales support via agreed SLAs
    Coordinates with vendor TAC for HW & SW related issues
    Process RMA for customers
    Conducts health checks & preventive maintenance

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

    The ideal Solutions Engineer:


    A degree in BS ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses
    At least 3 years experience as a presales or post sales engineer for cybersecurity products/solutions
    Must have understanding of key technologies related to firewalls, end point protection, data loss prevention, IDP/IPS, VA/PT, cloud technologies, etc.
    Candidates must be comfortable to work with a variety of technologies, conduct presentations, proof of concept, design, implementation & support.
