Solutions consultants will handle much of the legwork associated with building and showing standard or customized product demonstration of the company's solutions for the financial services industry. The solution consultant role will have a more dynamic function that drives value to both internal and external stakeholders, have a strategic seat at the table, and be more integrated into both the end-to-end customer experience and implementation. Ultimately, solutions consultants will be on the front lines of business, supporting and empowering teams across the organization to be successful across the customer lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Close deals by understanding customer requirements then strategically positioning company products and services to define their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Presenting and explaining the company's products and services concept to clients so that they understand the likely impacts of proposed solutions.
Solid use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for complete daily work documentation and sales pipeline progress.
Generate qualified sales leads on a daily basis to continuously fill up his/her sales pipeline.
Prepare and develop customer presentations during sales meetings.
Discuss system requirements with customers IT teams.
Solicit and log client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Solid and validated track record in generating SaaS sales
In-depth technical knowledge
Comfortable with interacting with C-level prospects and customers.
Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
With extensive product knowledge, technical and business savvy
Preferably with banking or finance background
Bachelor's Degree in finance, business management, economics, computer science, engineering, or marketing that can lead to careers in consulting
A minimum of five years of experience and strong technical skills.
