Qualifications:
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
- With a strong business financials background, either in management or financial accounting or as an experienced Oracle Financials consultant
- Extensive financial experience within both Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle ERP Cloud
- Experienced senior consultant directly with customers or with other systems integrators
- Knowledgeable in the business processes within Finance as well as a working understanding of other business process areas
- Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Job Description/Summary
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare and document testing requirements.
- Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.
- Configure the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.
- Work with business units to develop IT strategies and improve current IT implementations.
- Enforce conformance to the Application Architecture and implementation methodology.
- Work with Vendors to develop scalable solutions and products.
- Communicate and consult with stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
