We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant with a strong background in warehouse management and e-commerce operations to join our customer training team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for equipping our customers with the knowledge and skills to leverage the warehouse management and order management capabilities of our platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our customers, both remotely and in person if required.
Educate customers on how to interpret, operate and utilize Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management for their daily business operations.
Customize training content to address the unique needs and goals of each customer, showcasing the relevance of Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management to their business.
Collaborate with our product and development teams to stay up to date on the latest features and enhancements related to Anchanto Warehouse Management and Anchanto Order Management.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting operation related issues when needed.
Continuously improve training materials and methodologies based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends.
Being customer-centric and providing the best training and onboarding experience.
Essential Requirements:
Solid background in warehousing and e-commerce operations, preferably with experience in warehouse management and order management systems.
Proficiency in explaining complex warehouse and e-commerce operations in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as training and customer onboarding.
Familiarity with our warehouse and e-commerce SaaS product, Channel Management, Marketplace, and Webstore operations is a plus.
Flexibility to adapt training approaches based on customer needs and learning styles.
Ability to communicate fluently and write both English and Arabic.
Traveling required when needed.

Advantage:
- Graduate of Accounting, Industrial Engineering or IT courses
- Has been a proficient user of Anchanto OMS & WMS (or its competitors) for at least 2 years
- Previously functioned as an auditor or business / system analyst |- Exposure in IT companies as a solution specialist, system implementator or project manager is a plus
