Key Responsibilities

  • Global Strategy Leadership: Lead the international and target market expansion initiatives for NetSuite across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and JAPAC markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams to drive, adapt, and validate internationalization efforts, including translation and localization for global deployments.
  • Team Leadership: Manage geographically and culturally diverse, cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships.
  • Process Optimization: Advocate for and develop lead generation, direct sales, pre-sales, implementation, and account management methodologies to streamline sales cycles and expedite implementation efficiency.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the launch of new editions and ensure all projects are executed based on globally predefined acceptance criteria and specific success metrics.
  • Enablement & Training: Support enablement sessions for internal sales, professional services, and delivery teams, aligning strategies, methodologies, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Industry Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders across product, sales, pre-sales, and delivery to understand industry-specific regulations and needs, leading to the development of industry-leading practices and solutions.
  • Architecture Design: Architect NetSuite solutions that are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with both business goals and customer success objectives.
  • Agile Development: Implement Agile development practices to reduce time-to-delivery for new NetSuite editions and streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including international implementations, customization, and system architecture.
  • Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for customization and integration.
  • Proven experience in managing geographically and culturally diverse teams.
  • Deep knowledge of internationalization, localization, and global expansion strategies within NetSuite.
  • Experience in leading strategic initiatives across North America, Latin America, JAPAC, and EMEA regions.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of executing global initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of sales, pre-sales, and delivery strategies to align ERP solutions with business growth.
  • NetSuite certifications (NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP Consultant, etc.) are preferred.
  • Knowledge on Java/JavaScript is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in vertical-specific configurations and industry solutions.
  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess and global Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development principles and how they apply to NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
