- At least High School or College under Graduate
- With experience in SOLDERING
- With operating knowledge of all available processing equipment and processes specially in SOLDERING
- Aware and supports Quality Control requirements
- Ability to motivate others to meet demands established by the schedule
- Basic understanding of computers
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willing to support related activities or any given task assigned for Production and any Departments.
- Able to work under pressure and extended time.
