Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solar Power Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building relationships with potential clients to drive the growth of our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong sales acumen, and a flair for creative marketing initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Client Consultations: Meet with prospective clients to understand their energy needs, provide product demonstrations, and present tailored solar solutions.Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the sales process from initial contact to final agreement.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance against targets.
  • Marketing Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the solar energy sector.
Campaign Development: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar products and services through various channels including digital marketing, social media, and print media.Content Creation: Create engaging marketing content including brochures, case studies, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Brand Management: Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance the company's presence and reputation in the solar energy market.
Event Planning: Organize and participate in trade shows, seminars, and community events to promote the company's solar solutions and network with potential clients.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills:
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with solar energy technologies and industry regulations is a plus.
