We are a German-Filipino company with business engagements in industrial and renewable energy business. Our Company is located in a world class industrial subdivision south of Manila with more than 100 employees and has been in the business for more than 25 years.
We invite applicants to fill in the position described below. Compensation package is open commensurate to qualifications.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs solar systems to meet client requirements, standards and codes.
Performs computer simulation of solar photovoltaic generation performance using tools such as PVSYST ( or similar app) to estimate energy production and optimize efficiency.
Performs equipment selection and prepares Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities ( BOQ)
Prepares necessary drawings and proposals/quotation of PV system with PV Layout, Electrical Diagram, AC and DC Load schedule.
Ensures that designs are compliant with standards and codes, such as Philippine Electrical Code and Philippine Building Code.
- Address and resolve any design challenges to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
Prepares initial files/documents/data needed for the Project Costing.
- Answer inquiries from potential solar PV system customers.
Provides a thorough analysis for design preparation and final design upon client's acceptance.
With at least 3 years of experience in Commercial and Industrial Solar Design
- Must be graduate of Electrical Engineering or its equivalent in solar experience
* Proven experience in solar design and engineering.
- Excellent customer service and verbal, written communication and listening skills
