The Position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing programs, and ensuring efficient business processes. They will also be involved in finance-related tasks. This is a hybrid role, based in Muntinlupa City with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Business Operations and Operations Management skills
- Experience and technical knowledge in solar or electrical engineering is a must
- Analytical Skills and Program Management skills
- Finance knowledge and experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
