Job Description

Position: Solar Office/Admin Staff
  • Pay: Starting at P22,000/mo based on experience
  • Schedule: 40hrs/week with 1 hr lunch
  • Location: Onsite (Basak, Mandaue)

We are looking to hire eight solar office/admin staff for operations to help in backend data processing. The perfect candidate must be organized, keen to details, and have the initiative to follow through on the different projects currently being worked on.
  • What You'll Do

As a member of our office staff, you'll have a hand in the day-to-day operations that keep our solar projects running smoothly:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, document organization, and maintaining records to ensure efficient operations. This includes but not limited to verifying accuracy of customer and project details on all documents received and uploaded.
Communication: Collaborate with the team, assisting in managing emails, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Data Analysis: Help with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes, identifying and evaluating delays to propose solutions/recommendations for the different projects handled.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with basic computer programs and tools is a plus.
  • Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for sustainability and solar energy.
Previous office experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.

Monthly pay starting at P22,000/mo based on experience
  • Onsite (Onboarding will be provided in the WFH setup)

  • Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

* BPO/Call Center: 2 years (Required)
