Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and managing testing strategies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.Core Testing Skills:
Proficiency in various types of testing including unit, integration, system, acceptance, performance, and security testing.Testing Tools: Expertise in using NUnit/xUnit, Moq, Postman/Swagger, OWASP ZAP, Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
- Development and Scripting: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, and experience with scripting for test automation.
Test Planning and Design: Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on the technical and user requirements.
- Automated and Manual Testing: Execute both automated and manual tests, analyzing the results and reporting any issues to the development team.
Tools and Frameworks Utilization:
Utilize testing frameworks and tools such as NUnit, xUnit for C#, and Jest or React Testing Library for front-end testing. Employ tools like Selenium and Cypress for end-to-end testing.Performance and Security Testing:
Conduct performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner, and security assessments using tools such as OWASP ZAP and Fortify on Demand.Bug Tracking and Reporting: Manage and maintain defect tracking; prioritize, track, and manage defects and issues throughout the development cycle.
- Regression and Integration Testing: Ensure that resolved bugs are not reintroduced. Test integration of new software to verify functional, performance, and reliability requirements.
Continuous Integration and Delivery:
Work with CI/CD tools to automate testing processes and ensure all development tasks meet security, quality, and performance standards.Collaboration and Documentation:
Collaborate closely with the development team and other stakeholders to improve product quality. Maintain documentation regarding test results and provide detailed reports on test progress and highlight potential issues.
