DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for implementation, including timelines, resources, and methodologies
- Drive the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the FI system
- Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system
- Prepare & present testing reports,including test results and defect analysis
- Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing
- Collaborate with the Software and System Integration vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specifications
- Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Must have experence on DIGITAL OR CORE BANKING
- Must have experience in Test Manager role, managing testing for large scaleIT projects in banking sector
- Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia
- Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g.,Karate, HP ALM,JIRA, Microfocus etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in non-functional testing (e.g., performance, availability etc.
