Schedule: Night Shift
Work location: Paranaque City (Near NAIA 1 Terminal)
Work set-up: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned clients requests, including:
- Answer incoming calls
- Enter & manage any type of assigned client request within the ticketing system
- Manage the transition of a request between all necessary departments
- Document client related details (business requirements, software & hardware)
- Maintain the necessary communication between the company and the client
- Complete the necessary troubleshooting to assist internal teams with resolving a company software issue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree of any field
- Proficiency in helpdesk tools, email, phone skills
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of software development life cycles
- Ability to troubleshoot software (general tech skills)
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
- Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously examine every aspect of a product and detect subtle flaws or errors.
- Communication: Clear and concise verbal/written communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving when encountering product issues.
