We are looking for an experienced full-time Quality Assurance Specialist for a health and wellness company based in the US that provides supplements to address gut health and mental wellness.
- Proven experience of demonstrated ability to provide a detailed level of Administrative and Back-End Support (focusing on Quality Assurance)
Preferably someone that is good at using Excel and is comfortable with numbers
- A tech savvy and someone who is comfortable managing different CRMs and Technical Tools applicable for the business Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, etc.
Capacity and commitment to work 40 hours a week or more supporting clients following PST Timezone
- Conducting Quality Assurance on the website and documents to check for necessary bugs and fixes
Preparing and analyzing reports as required- Collaborate with the client to ensure that the client is delighted with our services through timely and effective communication, delivery on deadlines and stellar administrative and Back-End support
Manage day-to-day relationships with clients while performing within established processes and protocols
