- Lead and manage a team of testers, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of testing activities.
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather testing requirements and provide regular updates on testing progress.
Conduct reviews of test deliverables and provide feedback for improvement.
- Identify, prioritize, and escalate issues and risks to project stakeholders.
Perform test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using testing tools and software.- Collaborate with developers and other project team members to resolve defects and ensure product quality.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
