Software License and End-User IT Equipment Analyst

The Software License and End-User IT Equipment Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing software licenses and ensuring the efficient allocation and maintenance of end-user IT equipment. This role involves monitoring software usage, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and providing support for IT hardware and software assets.

• Key Responsibilities:

Manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and internal policies.

• Track and maintain inventory of end-user IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Coordinate the procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of IT assets.

• Conduct regular audits of software and hardware assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Assist in the development and implementation of IT asset management policies and procedures.

• Provide support to end-users for software installation, troubleshooting, and hardware setup.

Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to resolve licensing and equipment issues.

• Generate reports on software usage, compliance, and asset inventory.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT asset management or software licensing.

Strong knowledge of software licensing models and IT asset management best practices.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Proficiency in IT asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
