The Software License and End-User IT Equipment Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing software licenses and ensuring the efficient allocation and maintenance of end-user IT equipment. This role involves monitoring software usage, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and providing support for IT hardware and software assets.
Manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and internal policies.
- Track and maintain inventory of end-user IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Coordinate the procurement, deployment, and decommissioning of IT assets.- Conduct regular audits of software and hardware assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT asset management policies and procedures.
- Provide support to end-users for software installation, troubleshooting, and hardware setup.
Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to resolve licensing and equipment issues.- Generate reports on software usage, compliance, and asset inventory.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT asset management or software licensing.
Strong knowledge of software licensing models and IT asset management best practices.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in IT asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
