Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Integration Support Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless integration of systems, and maintaining high-quality documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in technical support, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with clients over the phone and email, offering remote support, performing installations, and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.

  • Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to provide technical support and resolve issues.
  • Perform remote support tasks, including installations and troubleshooting.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Conduct research to stay updated with the latest integration tools and technologies.
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Work with integration tools like Zapier and Integromat to streamline processes.
Manage and support database systems (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Assist in the administration of known CRMs or ERP systems.


  • Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in documentation and research.
Prior experience in client communication via phone and email.
  • Experience working as a system administrator is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of databases such as SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier and Integromat is a significant advantage.
Experience with known CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
  • Outstanding project and time management skills, with an emphasis on efficiency, user experience, and continuous process improvement. Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Must have a reliable internet connection and the necessary setup for an efficient remote working environment.
  • Capable of working effectively within a team or independently, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • Quarterly bonus


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Customer support: 1 year (Required)
