Position: Software Implementation Specialist
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 4 PM (Central Time)

Scope of the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Software Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and configuring software platforms for our new parking locations, ensuring that each location is fully operational and meets all necessary specifications. This involves entering information, adjusting settings, and configuring rates within software applications, like SpotHero and other parking management platforms. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with technology, has a keen eye for detail, and can manage repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Set up new parking locations within various software platforms, configuring each account according to location-specific requirements.
- Input rates, descriptions, and other relevant information for new parking garages.
- Work through platform settings to activate and verify location functionality, including setting up payment options, access protocols, and any special configurations.
- Test setups to confirm accuracy and functionality, ensuring all information is correct and meets company standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of each setup, including any unique adjustments for specific locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify setup specifications and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable navigating and configuring software applications.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and data management.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot minor setup issues.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Previous experience with software setup, configuration, or similar roles is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with parking software platforms (e.g., SpotHero) is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of rates, pricing structures, and general business software configuration.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and possibly interacting with platform support as needed.
