Software Engineer Team Lead

Technical Responsibilities

Requirement analysis

Lead the planning, design, implementation, reviews and testing of deliverables

Application & infrastructure design, setup and reviews

Support continuous improvement, R&Ds on alternatives and new technologies

Management Responsibilities

Team and Bridge Engineer communication

Scheduling and task assignment for members

Lead collaborations and discussions within the team

Mentoring and coaching for member growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields

Node.js proficient

At least 4 years experience in Software Development

Atleast 1-2 years experience as a development team lead

Strong leadership and team management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
