Software Engineer/Developer | Night Shift

The Senior Software Engineer/Developer actively supports the software development for the client's various projects. S/He designs, develops, tests, and assesses software solutions, systems, or applications based on the user or client's needs. They also guide and train junior staff, resolve complex issues, and integrate new technology.

• Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and assess software solutions, systems, or applications based on the user or client's needs.

• Can support the client's various IT projects with solid knowledge of these programming languages: SQL, ETRM, .NET (VB and C#), XML, and Power BI.

Analyzing the needs of users.

• Designing and developing solutions using the software development cycle

Taking the lead on software development projects

• Testing software solutions.

Documenting software programs with flowcharts, layouts, charts, diagrams, and other documentation.

• Learning about developments in the field to stay on top of the latest advancements.

Managing the timelines for projects.

• Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of programming experience with solid proficiency in SQL, ETRM, .NET (VB and C#), XML, and Power BI.

Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large information systems.

• Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead others.

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.

• Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule and during PH holidays.

Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work-in-office resumes .
