Job Description
The Security Analyst will perform threat intelligence analyses, report on possible security breaches, prevent breaches, create and propose security plan. This position will support Vulnerability Mitigation across the Landmark platform and its related applications, for both single and multi-tenant deployments. Be responsible for maintenance and enhancement for Landmark and LSF, for all deployment types, as well as mitigation of reported security vulnerabilities.
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
* Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and technologies.
* Knowledge of common web application vulnerabilities and secure coding practices.
* Hands-on experience in security testing/scanning.
* Familiar with Windows and Linux platforms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, ISO, and IT, to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and to new tools and processes in day-to-day operations.
What Will Put You Ahead
Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience in any of the following tools - Veracode, Nessus, Rapid7, CIS-CAT, ZAP, Burp Suite and Qualys.
* Understanding of DevSecOps
* Familiar with basic AWS cloud services (e.g. EC2, VPC, Security Groups, ELB)
* Hands-on experience in Amazon Linux.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Operational support for scans, information security tool alerts, triaging, and maintenance.
* Execute information security activities such as vulnerability management, risk management, etc.
* Perform first-level incidence response and coordination activities with development teams.
* Work with the security team and Infor Security Office to perform tests and uncover vulnerabilities.
* Research security trends, new methods, and techniques used in order to preemptively eliminate the possibility of a system breach.
