Description & Requirements
Performs design, implementation and maintenance of single product modules/sub-systems or on lower level issues of multiple products.
Exercises judgment within generally defined procedures, practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Develops an understanding of the industry's usage of Infor/Lawson applications and incorporates this into the test requirements, design, cases and scripts.
Assists in the design of test cases for assigned products, building of test systems and automation of tests under the direction of more senior analysts.
What You Will Need
(Basic Qualification)
- Knowledge in Programming (Java, C#, or any OOP)
- Willingness to learn Infor Proprietary Language
- Good analytical and logical skills
- Good communication skills
- Amendable to report onsite 3x a week.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Daily team scrum meeting to discuss overall team updates, prioritize issues, and to collaborate by working on difficult issues as a team
- Meetings with customer support to gather more details
- Meeting with engineering teams for knowledge transfer and help on triaging issues
- Searching through Jira, support tickets to see if the issue or a similar issue has been reported that would help with analysis.
- Team collaboration for cross learning
