Qualifications & Experience:
Key Profile Requirements:
- Education: BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Learning and Growth: Strong desire to learn and grow, with the ability to rapidly improve and deepen understanding and skills.
- Feedback and Mentoring: Accepts feedback and mentoring positively.
- Self-Management: Capable of completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Commitment: Responsible for delivering features as agreed at the beginning of the sprint.
- Team Collaboration: Works in a scrum team, with strong guidance from other team members.
- Standards Adherence: Adheres to Arcadis standards, procedures, and commonly accepted good work practices.
- Code Quality: Shows improved ability to develop high-quality code with less supervision.
Technical Skills:
- Foundations: Strong technical foundations and understanding of architectural design principles.
- Best Practices: Ability to write code that adheres to best practices.
- Testing: Proficient in writing unit tests and familiar with Test Driven Development.
- Technologies: Knowledgeable and experienced in C#, .Net Core, .Net Core Web API, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, XUnit, and relational databases such as SQL.
