Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for the entire product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your expertise in PeopleSoft Financials Procure to Pay to support clients and projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and configuration of software systems. - Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools. - Support clients, projects, or entities. - Manage and collaborate with the team to ensure performance and success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in PeopleSoft Financials Procure to Pay. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. - Experience in developing and configuring software systems. - Experience with PeopleSoft Development and PeopleSoft Financials Record to Report. - Solid grasp of technologies, applications, and tools used in software development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials Procure to Pay. - This position is based in Manila.
