We're seeking experienced, passionate developers to join our team. You'll become part of a cohesive group of developers who strive to build unique and innovative systems that help businesses communicate effectively with customers and prospects. You'll obtain invaluable experience developing pieces of a system known throughout North America.
We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.
To fit into our team you need to be energetic, driven, passionate at software development, test driven and have a mind to architect solutions. A strong desire to meet and set realistic timelines and document solutions thoroughly. In addition the ability to collaborate well in a cross-functional team of designers, developers and leaders.

Excellent problem solving skills using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS
Work experience with Git/Github
Excellent coding skills and programming knowledge
Excellent communication skills, ability to work within a structured team environment, ability to manage expectations
Ability to prioritize a heavy workload, meet deadlines, and manage goals
A good sense of humor and the ability to give/take constructive criticism
Self-driven with the desire to surround yourself with like-minded people
5+ years of PHP Developer experience
MVC Experience
Ideally you possess:
Laravel Experience
Software Architecture Design Skills
Email Deliverability Experience
MySQL Experience
API Experience
