About the Role:
This position is responsible for Software Support and Development with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise and timeliness.
The primary purpose of the position is to support and develop corporate systems.
The ideal candidate should have a Software Development background with the ability to quickly learn new development skills.
This position will work with Business units and the Technology Group.
Application Support
o Administer and resolve support requests coming from application users.
o Effectively communicate with the user community.
o Assist other IT support teams with queries around applications integration issues.
o Run ad-hoc database queries to troubleshoot issues.
o Troubleshoot and isolate issues effectively and efficiently at the database and application code levels.
Development
o Design and Develop application interfaces as small standalone functionality and as part of larger integrated applications.
o Maintain and enhance existing applications/websites and its functionalities.
o Develop SQL functions and design database objects to support application functionality.
o Maintain working knowledge of technical enhancements and new functionality.
Background/Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree, BS ECE, BSCoE, BSCS, MSIT, BSIT or its equivalent.
Willing to work full onsite, Ten West Campus, McKinley West, Taguig City.
Possesses a high degree of initiative.
Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English.
Technical Qualifications
1. Must have at least 3-years work experience as a software developer.
