Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Digital Group and help design and develop technical solutions to meet client requirements.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to conceptualize and produce proof of concepts
• Translate high level ideas into concrete technical solutions
• Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends
• Lead activities related to prototyping and implementing technical web APIs and build clean, reusable code
• Design robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients
• Solve issues, profile and analyse bottlenecks
• Optimize web applications for performance and scalability
• Compile and analyse data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience

What you will bring to the team

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation
• Experience in API design and implementation
• Hands on experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, Java, C, or C++
• Relational database experience such as MSSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
• Knowledge of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Vue.JS
• Experience with Django or Flask and Azure services such as Functions, Blob Storage, SQL, App Insights
• Experience with Docker Containers, DevOps, and Analytical tools such as Power BI, R, Matplotlib, or NumPy

Work schedule : Monday to Friday / 4:00 pm to 1:00 am / Hybrid

This job offer can be based either in Makati or Quezon City, depending on your home base/location.

Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
