Software Configuration Management Specialist

TheSoftware Configuration Specialist, within the Professional Services department, is responsible for configuring software systems for customers in accordance with their requirements. This role involves collaborating closely with implementation managers and consultants, customers, and software developers to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of software solutions. The Software Configuration Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of software configurations, providing support, and resolving any configuration-related issues that may arise. This is a full-time role, on aUS shiftand ahybrid(Cebu/Ortigas)work set-up (on-site every Tuesday).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in platform configuration for our software systems, including but not limited to, software configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems, based on customer specifications and project requirements.
• Focused on developing new products and establishing processes or documenting innovations from the ground up.
• Partner with our API team to establish automation processes for customer data onto our systems
• Develop understanding and navigation of user interface to provide best practice recommendations to internal onboarding team
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and ability to clearly communicate status and risk regard the project
• Collaborate with internal teams to document best practices for data configuration and database maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2+ years experience with software configuration and/or set-up
• Needs to be accustomed to building a process that does not exist and documenting it to train others on it.
• Independent, self-actuated self-starter with the ability to effectively and successfully manage multiple accounts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Process-oriented and organized
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
• Ability to work US Pacific Time zone
