What you'll do:
The
Social Performance Manager is responsible for the performance of all Social Media clients within the company's portfolio, with the support of the Social Media Group Manager. This role will be responsible for prioritising work to our broader Social team, reviewing and refining Social
strategies for clients, and ensuring that the Social Media portfolios performance is monitored, with at-risk clients or decline in performance identified quickly, escalated, and resolved in a proactive manner.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Create, review and refine Social Media strategies - both paid and organic for clients.
- The bulk of this role will be ensuring that strategies meet client objectives and that we continue to deliver these strategies.
- Proactively identify and help resolve performance issues including declines lead generation, sales or traffic via social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and more as required.
- Support with account setup, and lead the pixel/insight tag and event tracking, campaign management, optimisation and monthly reporting.
- Be strategy-focused, to expand the strategic skillset of the Social Media team.
- Oversee pre & post-sale audits and forecasting/growth plans for social media clients and work with specialists and account managers to encourage client engagement and assistance in driving overall performance.
- Ask why - why did we choose this strategy, why do we do things this way - we want someone who wants to be part of shaping the way Social Media is sold, used and reported to the company.
- Communicate the technical and complex in a way that your Mum can understand - this includes performance analysis, optimisation's and success metrics.
- Drive thought leadership and innovation within the social performance space, sharing all new developments and updates as they emerge.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Copy, Design, SEO and Google Media to ensure we are sharing best practices across the business.
Successful candidates should have:
- 5+ years in Social Media paid strategy or performance management.
- Experience working across multiple industries and clients is preferable.
- Expertise using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Centre, LinkedIn Business Manager, Pinterest Business Manager, with understanding of social listening platforms, and AI platforms is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of Social Media advertising technical and strategic best practices and industry trends.
- Proven experience creating, understanding and communicating complex reporting and Insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - can take the technical and make it simple. Experience across other digital marketing channels (Google Media, SEO, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Willingness for a work-onsite arrangement (Alabang, Muntinlupa City).
