Job Title: Remote Virtual Assistant (Social Media Specialist & Shopify Support)

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Create, publish, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Handle community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Use tools like Canva and Chat GPT for content creation and scheduling.

Shopify Support:

• Upload new products to Shopify, including writing compelling product descriptions.

Maintain and update existing product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct routine checks on product pages to optimize for SEO and improve user experience.

Research and Outreach:

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

Perform outreach tasks to potential partners, influencers, and collaborators.

• Collect and organize data for various projects and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, with proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Experience with Shopify, including product uploads and management.

• Proficiency in using Canva for creating visually appealing content.

Strong skills in using AI tools like Chat GPT for content creation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.

Availability to work flexible hours as needed.

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
