Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and encouraging user participation through contests, polls, and campaigns.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the marketing team, sales department, and other stakeholders to ensure social media initiatives align with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience
