Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to handle our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts ok Kouvee Cafe + Studio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, skilled in content creation (including photography and videography), and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role requires someone who can visit our stores in BF Homes or Quezon City to capture engaging content and effectively communicate the essence of Kouvee Cafe to our online audience.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (photos, videos, and graphics) that aligns with Kouvee's brand identity.

Edit photos and videos to produce polished and professional-looking posts.

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with our online community.

Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive customer engagement and increase followers.

• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Kouvee remains competitive and innovative online.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and social media content creation.

Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.

• Flexibility to visit and create content at Kouvee Cafe locations in BF Homes or Quezon City as needed.
