ExaWeb is Looking for a Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our Creatives team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness. This role requires a creative individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

Job Description:

• Create and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals, including content calendars, campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

• Monitor, engage, and grow the online community by responding to comments, messages, and managing interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and influencer collaborations.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Journalism, Communications Marketing, Advertising, English or any related field.

At least 1 year of proven work experience in SMM writing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.

Strong creative thinking skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and with the team to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and client-oriented.

• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
