In the role of Social Media Specialist, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, which involve developing and optimizing our presence across various social media platforms in both the US and other international markets. This position requires the implementation of customer promotions to enhance customer engagement and to achieve our commercial KPIs, as well as overseeing and fine-tuning the performance of our social media channels.
Areas of Responsibility
- Create and manage the social media content schedule in alignment with the approved social media plan.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of all social media content, including coordinating copywriting, design asset delivery, conducting QA reviews, and scheduling assets within established SLAs, while also providing reporting.
- Oversee the selection process for winners in all social media competitions.
- Monitor and manage incoming messages on Sprinklr.
- Handle responses to social media comments and messages on native platforms.
- Manage reviews across various social media platforms and websites, including Reddit, Trustpilot, and others.
- Provide support to other team members in the execution of promotional activities.
- Offer assistance to the Customer Support team as needed to meet business demands.
What we are looking for
- A minimum of 1+ years experience in a similar role.
- A bachelor's degree in any field or at least 2 years of college education.
- Experience in the USA market/ background in Gaming.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Sprinklr and/or other social media engagement tools
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time without constant supervision.
