Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Archistra is preparing a 1000 sqm. photography studio called Midnight Dream Photo Studio in Glorietta, Makati.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our creative team.
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy in Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Basic Photoshop and/or Canva skills (or similar tools) are required to create and edit visuals that align with our brand identity.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including photos, videos, and graphics
- Use basic Photoshop/Canva skills to edit and enhance images for social media posts and Capcut to create shortform videos
- Collaborate with the photography team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong creative and visual skills with an eye for detail
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
