Developing, guiding, and monitoring an organization's presence across multiple social media platforms.
Creating written and visual content.
Answering and transferring phone calls
Sorting and delivering mail
Greeting visitors
Managing the front desk
Handling paperwork
Maintaining an appointment book
Providing information to callers
Increasing social media engagement
