• Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies and campaign ideas to promote Parasyms products and initiatives.

• Write compelling press releases and distribute them to appropriate media outlets.

Conduct journalist outreach to secure media coverage in Tier 1 media in the US and EU.

• Collaborate with local PR agencies to expand our reach and effectiveness.

Work closely with the influencer department to coordinate and amplify influencer campaigns.

• Manage and engage in conversations across social media platforms to maintain a positive and active presence.

Scale the impact of new PR publications and ensure widespread dissemination.

• Enhance brand image and recognition through strategic communication efforts.

Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.

• Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategy.

Assist with content marketing efforts to support overall marketing goals.

• Monitor social media trends and conversations through social media listening tools.

Drive social media growth, demonstrating proven success in increasing followers and engagement on platforms like Instagram and Twitter.

• Utilize word-of-mouth marketing strategies, including engagement on platforms like Reddit.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience in the mental health, neurotechnology, medical, or health field.

• Demonstrated success in securing publications in Tier 1 media outlets in the US and EU.

Strong track record of social media growth and management, with evidence of increased followers and engagement.

• Proficiency in social media listening and monitoring tools.

Experience with word-of-mouth marketing, including active participation and engagement on platforms like Reddit.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative PR campaign ideas.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
