Job Role: Social Media Manager
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone)
Salary range: 1200 - 1500 AUD Monthly

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can enhance our client's online presence, engage with their audience, and drive brand awareness. In addition to socmed tasks, be the Directors Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media platforms, a proven track record in creating effective social media strategies and be competent in using the MS365 Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Engage with users and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay current on social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget effectively for optimal results
- Assist the Director where required, particularly in administrative tasks related to the MS365 suite
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS 365 suite is a MUST
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with social media advertising and budgeting
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with a company director
