Create, curate and publish high-quality content on various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and use this knowledge to improve social media presence and campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate social media campaigns and promotions
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics (such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI) and use this data to optimize future campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a portfolio of engaging content
Experience working in start-ups or fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive under changing priorities.
Skilled in Canva and CapCut for creating eye-catching visuals and videos.
Strong communicator who connects well with followers and engages thoughtfully.
Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, with a strategic approach to aligning content with brand goals.
Experience analyzing metrics like reach, engagement, and ROI to improve campaigns.
Works well with teams to plan and execute social media promotions and campaigns.
Organized and able to manage multiple platforms efficiently.
Creative, with an eye for consistent, high-quality visuals.
Familiarity with mom-focused brands or personal experience as a mom is a plus.
Must be willing to work on a hybrid work set-up (Makati office)
