Hiring post: Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Hours: 2 hours daily (fixed hours for the first month then will eventually be flexible based on tasks)
Shift: 12AM-2AM PH TIME
Rate: Php12k/monthly

A seasoned board member from a prominent brand marketing company is launching a faceless editorial concept and seeks a talented Social Media Manager/Content Creator to bring the vision to life. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a bold and creative project on Instagram and TikTok while working with cutting-edge tools and ideas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute visually compelling content tailored for Instagram and TikTok audiences.
- Design graphics and visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, ensuring alignment with the brand's editorial concept.
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain a consistent tone and aesthetic by managing content calendars and posting schedules.
- Analyze social media trends and performance metrics to continuously improve engagement strategies.
Requirements :
- Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for creating high-quality visuals.
- Experience in crafting engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including reels, graphics, and captions.
- Strong eye for design and storytelling, with a focus on cohesive and visually stunning editorial content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have (preferred but not required):
- Background in editorial or faceless branding projects.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
