The Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms
- Write scripts, brainstorm, and conceptualize content ideas
- Plan, schedule, and post content regularly
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights
- Engage with the audience and stay updated on trends

Salary: Starting at 30,000 PHP, with potential increases based on performance
Ideal Profile
Is a Social Media Expert: Has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, developing strategies, and creating content across different platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Is a Creative Thinker: Brings fresh, innovative ideas for social media campaigns, content themes, and strategies, and has a knack for crafting captivating copy that resonates with audiences.
Is Data-Driven: Understands how to analyze social media metrics to track performance, optimize strategies, and make data-informed decisions.
Has Excellent Communication Skills: Writes compelling copy, responds to audience interactions effectively, and can adapt messaging for different platforms and audience needs.
Is Trend-Savvy: Stays updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our content is always relevant and engaging.
Is Highly Organized and Self-Motivated: Manages multiple tasks efficiently, meets deadlines, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
Is Results-Oriented: Aims to grow our online presence, increase engagement, and boost brand visibility through strategic social media efforts.
