Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media lead generation strategies aligned with HR objectives.
Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.- Monitor social media channels to identify potential leads and engage with relevant audiences.
Implement targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand talent acquisition needs and target demographics.
Analyze social media metrics and track lead generation performance.- Identify trends and insights to optimize lead generation efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and recruitment.
- Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and industry professionals.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
