Is accountable for the execution and ongoing measurement of the Social Media and Content Strategy through powerful, targeted content and community building methods
Builds sharp, relevant editorial calendar to share across digital channels, ensuring regular beat of quality storytelling and real time content
Runs the day to day management of all content scheduled and published across social networks
Builds, delivers and reports on targeted paid social campaigns. Shares data-driven insight with immediate and wider teams
Organizes, builds and engages with powerful custom audiences that align with target audience segments strategy, including high clout influencers
Extensively uses social media monitoring platforms to strengthen brand affinity and brand love among the target customers
Acts as the eyes and ears for crisis communications management on social media
Implements a variety of social media promotions and initiatives that create engagements and recruitment among followers and various customers
Works with third party agencies that handle influencers, content creators to help boost awareness and interest for the brand
Maintains all platform/website content, including Blogs, Stories, and other content aligned with the preferences of the customers
Key Requirements:
A 4-year course college graduate (Marketing, Communications, or any business-related courses) with various trainings on the use of social media platforms
Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing team members
Must have at least five (5) years of Managerial position in social media industry (background)
Strong community management skills, with experience in building and maintaining online communities
Proficiency in generating and analyzing various levels of reporting to inform strategy and decision-making
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing softwares, and the use of other social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, Instagram, X, and other similar platforms)
Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
Good to have in-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
