Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content across all key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including text posts, images, videos, and reels.
- Visual Design: Utilize design tools like Canva to create visually appealing and on-brand social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Social Media Strategy: Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to our website.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and design software like Canva.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
