About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated and versatile Virtual Assistant to help manage daily tasks and support our team. In this role, you'll engage with audiences, share content, and play a part in driving results and conversions. If you're organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling tasks across different platforms, we'd love to have you join us. Flexibility is key, as there's plenty of room to grow and take on new challenges!
As a Virtual Assistant, you are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to direct messages and engagements across different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads.
- Repost pre-created content daily on TikTok, Threads, and in two designated Facebook groups.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging tone that aligns with the brand's voice.
- Identify potential sales opportunities within interactions and guide them toward organic conversion.
- Handle copywriting tasks, including duplicating e-mail sequences.
- Support content creation efforts in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Engage in proactive communication and demonstrate a belief in the team's mission, driving results and supporting conversions.
- Assist in closing deals and supporting client conversions.
- Perform general Virtual Assistant ad hoc tasks as required.
What you'll bring into the role
The Virtual Assistant requires:
- With more than 3 years of work experience in a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Deep buy-in to the company's vision and mission in the personal development and coaching space
- Experience with copywriting for e-mail sequences and other content needs is a must.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Threads, and Facebook.
- Proven track record of engaging and managing groups across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Threads.
- Experience in the personal development, coaching, and mentoring industry is a big plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and design tools such as Airtable, Kajabi, Dubsado, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Final Cut Pro.
- Sales experience in the coaching and mentoring industry is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to grow in the role and take on new challenges.
