• Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator who lives near BGC, Taguig, and has 1-3 years of experience in online marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in developing content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Ads, and will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice across social media platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:

Content Development: Create detailed content plans and scripts for TikTok Video Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads that captivate and engage our target audience.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Video Editor and Content Creator team to assist in and brief the shooting processes, ensuring content aligns with our brand's vision.

Strategic Planning: Develop and strategize content pillars and sub-pillars that align with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.

Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on consumer behavior, social media trends, and competitor strategies to inform content development.Content Strategy: Enhance and optimize content delivery and promotional efforts to maximize reach and engagement.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content marketing strategies, using insights to make data-driven improvements.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of full-time or internship experience in online marketing, with a focus on content creation.

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook as advertising platforms.

• Ability to develop engaging and innovative content that drives brand awareness and conversions.

Experience collaborating with video editors and content teams to produce high-quality visual content.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to start immediately and adhere to a Work-from-Office (WFO) policy in BGC, Taguig.
